SHUVO777 "agents": how match-day scams work and how to shut them down
On a big match evening, Facebook groups and Telegram fill up with people offering to "top up your balance instantly" or "sell confirmed tips before the toss". This independent guide appoints no agents, runs no agent programme and takes no money. In the SHUVO777 lobby, deposits and withdrawals go through the cashier inside your own logged-in account. This page explains how the scams are set up, what they sound like, and what to do if you've already sent money.
Why do agent offers spike right before the toss?
Scammers time their offers for the moment you're short on time. The match starts soon, the login is acting up, a deposit hasn't shown yet. The pitch is always some version of "the lobby is slow tonight, send to my number and I'll load it in a minute." Once money lands in a personal bKash, Nagad or Rocket number, nothing links it to your lobby account, and nobody has to give it back. Our support guide covers what to do in a real login or deposit problem.
How do you tell the lobby cashier from an "agent"?
Sometimes the cashier also shows a wallet number to pay into, which is why people get confused. The difference is where the instruction comes from.
- Who starts it: you open the cashier yourself, after logging in. An agent messages you first, or replies to your comment in a group.
- Where it's recorded: a cashier deposit appears in your lobby transaction history with a reference. An agent payment leaves only a chat that can be deleted.
- Who you complain to: with the cashier, you can ask live chat using the reference. With an agent, there's nobody to ask.
The simple rule: if an instruction doesn't appear inside your logged-in lobby, don't follow it. More detail is on the payments page.
Lines you'll hear, and what they really mean
- "I'm SHUVO777's official agent." There's no such public role. It's a claim with nothing behind it.
- "This match is set. Pay first and I'll send the result." Nobody knows a cricket result in advance. If they did, they wouldn't be selling it.
- "Send me your OTP and I'll verify your account." An OTP gives someone control of your account or wallet.
- "Deposit through me for a bigger bonus." Offers exist only on the lobby's promo page, with the lobby's terms.
- "Your withdrawal is stuck. Pay a release fee." A fee demanded in a private chat is one of the oldest tricks around.
How the trap is built across a tournament
It rarely happens in one message. A typical sequence through a BPL season goes like this. First come free "tips" for a few matches, with the correct ones celebrated and the wrong ones quietly deleted. Then screenshots of other people's "big wins" go round, and those are easy to fake. Next comes a fee to join a "VIP group". Last is the request to deposit through the group admin. Stop at the first step where money is mentioned.
Someone offered to make you an agent. Now what?
Some scams run the other way round. You're offered a commission for becoming an agent, but first you need to pay a "security deposit" or "activation fee", or send photos of your NID and wallet. Never pay to get a role, and never hand ID photos to strangers. They can be reused to open accounts or run scams in your name.
Already sent money? Do this, in order
- Send nothing more. "One more payment to process your refund" is the second half of the same scam.
- Screenshot the chat, the number and the wallet transaction.
- Change your lobby password and your wallet PIN, especially if you shared an OTP.
- Report the transaction to your wallet provider through its official app or helpline.
- Warn the group or friends who saw the same offer, so the number can't be used again.
- If your lobby account was touched, tell the lobby's live chat. The login guide covers account recovery.
Does depositing through an agent get a better bonus?
No. Bonuses exist only on the lobby's promo page. The free signup bonus and 100% first-deposit match are on the terms shown in the lobby, nowhere else.
An agent offered to open an account for me. What's wrong with that?
They would know the password and number, so the account isn't really yours. Register from your own phone using the register guide.
How do I check the lobby address is real?
Compare it with our official site and fake sites guides before logging in.
How do I talk a friend out of using an agent?
Ask three questions. Will the money show in the lobby history? Who will you complain to if it doesn't arrive? If this person knows results, why aren't they playing themselves?
This is an independent guide, not the official SHUVO777 site. No promo codes, no tips. The lobby's live terms are final. 18+ only. See responsible play.
