Where do you find your level, and what should you read?

Look in the profile, VIP or promotions area of the lobby. When you find the level rules, look for answers to four questions. What counts towards the level: deposits, turnover, or both? Do all games count equally? Does the level drop if you're inactive for a while? And does each benefit carry its own terms? If any of that isn't clear, ask live chat rather than guessing.

What does "turnover" actually mean?

Many people assume turnover means how much they deposited, or how much they lost. Usually it's neither. It's the total of all the stakes you've placed. If you win and stake that money again, it counts again. That's why the bar can jump during one busy evening, especially with lots of small live bets during a match or fast-round games in the breaks. The bar moves fast, but so does your spending, and the bar doesn't show that part.

Why is chasing a level mid-tournament a bad trade?

"Just a bit more and I'll reach the next level" is a strong pull on a big match night. But depositing past your limit to unlock a small benefit means spending a lot to get a little. Some rules worth holding on to:

• The tournament budget you set before the season comes first. The level is whatever it ends up being.
• Never borrow, or use household money, to push a level.
• "At least my level is going up" is not a reason to keep playing after a loss.

A level benefit arrived. What should you check before claiming it?

1. Automatic or claimable: some benefits are added on their own, others have to be activated on the promo page.
2. Wagering: can the money be withdrawn as it is, or does it need to be staked first?
3. Expiry: how long you have before an unclaimed benefit lapses.
4. Clashes: whether it can be active alongside another bonus.

What happens to your level when the season ends?

After BPL or a big series, most people play less, and some later find their level has dropped a step. Many loyalty systems need a certain amount of activity within a period to keep a level. Check the exact rule on the lobby's VIP page. A drop isn't a loss. Playing less in the off-season is a healthy habit. If someone on WhatsApp or Telegram introduces themselves as your personal VIP manager and asks for a deposit to their number, or a fee to upgrade your level, it's fraud.
